With a gross floor area of approximately 100,000 square meter and 25 house units one can get lost quickly in the cotton spinning mill. In our site plan you find all house units and the most important municipality members noted.

HOW TO GET HERE

by car*

via motorway A9: take the exit Leipzig West and follow the main road B181 5 km to the city centre, turn right 200 m after the ARAL petrol station into Lützener Straße, turn left into Saarländer Straße after 1 km, take the entrance of the Baumwollspinnerei on the right side after 800 m

via motorway A14: take the exit Zentrum/ Neue Messe and follow the main road B2 to the city centre, turn right on the Inner Ring Road, leave it after 400 and turn inside right into Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße. Follow the road 4 km, turn left after crossing under the tracks into Spinnereistraße and take the entrance of the Baumwollspinnerei on the left side after 50m
